My wife and I went to see Walker, Billingsley & Bair about preparing our wills.  They were very easy to talk with about this sometimes difficult topic.  They thoroughly explained our options and told us things that we did not know, such as in addition to a will we should have a power of attorney.  We were charged us a fair price for their services and the documents were done within days of our meeting.  If you and your wife do not have wills, then take the time to go meet with one of their attorneys and get them done.  It is much easier than you think.
