My name is John E. Billingsley and I have been helping Iowans protect their rights as an attorney in Newton, Iowa since 1982.  I served as the Jasper County Attorney from 1985 to 1988 and was a member of the Drake University Law School faculty for more than 13 years.  While much of my practice involves criminal cases, I also handle other general civil litigation, including, but not limited to family law and divorces, trials and appeals.
